The CIPD Branch in North Scotland and Islands

We are the CIPD Branch in North of Scotland & Islands branch- the professional body for HR and people development. The not-for-profit organisation champions better work and working lives and has been setting the benchmark for excellence in people and organisation development for more than 100 years.

We offer a range of events and services to HR and L&D professionals as well as the wider business community. We provide opportunities for networking and continuous professional development (CPD) through our exciting events programme; promoting best HR&D practice and raising the profile of the CIPD within the region.

The Branch currently has two active groups – Aberdeen and Inverness, with events held in both locations with some events offering video conferencing due to the wide geographical area covered by the Branch.
