The MacKillop Institute
The MacKillop Institute empowers positive cultural change, and safety and wellbeing in workplaces and schools. We are committed to working collaboratively across education, community sectors, government and business, to transform practice and enhance outcomes. We provide a range of professional learning programs, courses, workshops and training and our partnership with universities ensure that our key programs are evidence-based, drawing on research and informed by ongoing evaluation.
We are part of MacKillop Family Services, a national organisation supporting some of Australia’s most vulnerable children, young people, and families. Across 53 locations, our 2,300 dedicated staff deliver integrated family services, out-of-home care, homelessness services, disability support, and trauma-informed education to over 16,000 families each year.
The MacKillop Institute collaborates with partner workplaces and schools to foster positive cultural change, enhance safety, and promote wellbeing through sharing our evidence-informed practices.
