Women of Customer Success

What started off as a chat between two “non-techies” bonding over following similar career paths quickly turned into Women of Customer Success: the first global community for women in CS/CX.

Women of Customer Success is a global community for all womxn in Customer Experience - or those wanting to break into tech. We exist to create a safe space for our members to meet, ask questions, share best practice and learn from one another, no matter what their career stage.

We are a global community aiming to help women - those who don’t want to code - break into, and succeed in tech. We are here to spread the word about the variety of customer facing roles that are available in tech.

Our events range all the way from informal meetups, networking breakfasts and leadership panel discussions as well as virtual webinars. All are aimed to bring women together to help each other learn and grow from sone another.

What can you expect at our events?

• Meet with like-minded women working in Customer Success/Experience in Chicago
• Exchange experiences, stories & problems to be solved- this is always a great way to find mentors/mentees as well as to make connections that will help you in your career
• Learn about what Women of CS has planned for 2023 - including future events, mentor programs and more
